CAR APP PROJECT

*Still In Development

This project involves the development of a web and mobile application designed to help users select, compare, and manage aftermarket automotive parts, inspired by the functionality of PC Part Picker but tailored specifically for vehicles. The goal of the application is to simplify the process of researching compatible parts by centralizing product data, fitment information, and comparisons into a single, easy-to-use platform.

The application allows users to select a specific vehicle and browse compatible aftermarket components across multiple categories. Users can compare parts based on specifications, pricing, and compatibility, reducing the guesswork and common issues associated with mismatched or incompatible upgrades. The system is designed to support future integrations such as vendor pricing, availability, and user-generated configurations. From a technical perspective, the project focuses on scalable application design, data modeling for vehicle-specific compatibility, and building a responsive interface suitable for both web and mobile use. This project demonstrates my ability to design user-focused software systems, manage complex data relationships, and build practical tools that solve real-world problems.
